CRM: Value-Add

The title of this screams out two elements: CRM (customer relationship management) is a fantastic service to implement in business operations asap. MyCollabLAB understands that and has helped show me how to make the entire process friendly and rewarding.

Read more about how an effective CRM will help your sales and marketing campaigns, save time and money, and incorporate valuable employee input.

Sales and Marketing Campaigns
The campaigns that you put out for new products and clients can be linked together with an open-source CRM. You can share resources that currently exist and add to them. I like the thought of that because it allows for affordable customization.

Saving Assets
Open-resource CRM’s can save your company money. If you are a small or midsized company the royalties that you pay for certain software can be a huge chunk of your annual budget. I believe that budget is better spent on creating the actual new business – not just the software to help you get ready for it.

Time is not Wasted
I like to save time. An open-source CRM gives me a fabulous opportunity to do just that. You do not need to start from scratch. Why recreate what somebody else already did? Take what is existing and effective. From that point, you can just add your specific needs to an existing foundation.

Involve your Staff
With an open-face CRM you get great feedback from your staff members that are not programmers. Programmers seldom use the software they create for their jobs since their job meant to just create it. When the people that are using software give some input it can help create a strong product that really benefits the entire company. It is more friendly and understandable to the people who use it.

CRM’s are such an important element to running a successful business and truly taking your customer connection to a higher degree. I cannot help but be excited about it because it is what’s going to take my profitability to the next level.
